  • Khal Betham ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Kahl Betham

    Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

    As CEO for Gallagher Group since 2021, Kahl oversees the Animal Management and Security businesses, leading global success through these diverse technology portfolios. 

    Kahl joined Gallagher Security in 1997 and gained a breadth of knowledge from across the business in roles ranging from software engineering, business analysis, marketing, and product management before moving into global executive roles including General Management, CEO and Board of Director appointments. This experience delivers a well-balanced technical, commercial and strategic base to deliver the high-performance solutions that Gallagher is well-known for around the world.

  • Lisbeth Jacobs ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Lisbeth Jacobs

    Chief Executive - Animal Management

    Lisbeth Jacobs joined Gallagher as Chief Executive - Animal Management in April 2021 and thrives on providing strategic leadership across the global footprint of the Animal Management operations.   

    Prior to this Lisbeth held senior leadership roles at the leading edge of applied innovation and sustainability with Fletcher Building, Uniservices, The Icehouse, and global steelcord & steelwire company Bekaert where she worked and lived across Europe, China, the Middle East, and North America.  

    Lisbeth is currently an independent director of BRANZ and Goodnature Ltd. She holds a PhD of Engineering from the University of Auckland, a Master of Engineering from the KULeuven in Belgium and completed the General Management Programme at CEDEP-INSEAD in Paris.

  • Mark Junge ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Mark Junge

    Chief Executive - Security

    Mark joined Gallagher in 2006 and brings a rich experience from across all areas of the business including procurement, supply chain, services, support, and technology integrations to his current role, leading the global Gallagher Security team as Chief Executive - Security. Mark is responsible for our strategic long-term development and growth, and is passionate about ensuring we keep our customers at the heart of Gallagher's products now and into the future. 

    Mark has focused on creating an environment of high trust and empowerment with a strong injection of ambition within the Gallagher Security business, and with this approach the size of the global team has doubled in just four years. Gallagher are now the security solution of choice for many large & small commercial organisations and Government agencies across the world.

  • Alaina Soanes ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Alaina Soanes

    General Counsel

    Alaina Soanes joined Gallagher as General Counsel in 2020 to lead our legal function, providing advice and experience to the Board and leadership team.

    Early in her career, Alaina worked for top tier law firms in New Zealand, Australia and the UK and gained deep global experience across a range of sectors. Her career has involved working on large commercial projects across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America, including leading and advising on major procurement projects, negotiations for complex outsourcing and commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (Economics / Marketing) (Hons) and LLB (Hons).

    As General Counsel, Alaina leads a team of legal experts responsible to provide legal solutions to support Gallagher’s ongoing innovation and growth.

    “As Gallagher grows in size and complexity, the intricacy of our legal work will grow too. I’m pleased to play a role in building a function that supports the needs of the company, customers, and partners. Our risks regarding legal compliance will also expand as we grow our presence on a global scale so it’s important we actively manage those risks as well.” 

  • Helen Camilleri ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Helen Camilleri

    Chief People Officer

    Helen Camilleri joined Gallagher as Global Brand Manager in 2009, moving into her current role as Chief People Officer in 2016. In our multifaceted business, supporting different industries and with global reach, Helen is focused on leading the People strategies to help protect what matters most for our over 1300 people, enabling them to protect what matters most for our customers.  

    Prior to joining Gallagher, Helen held senior leadership roles with globally recognised brands such as Lego and Sega across Europe and North America.  

    In her current role, Helen leads the global Organisational Development, People Business Partnering, People Operations, and Group Communications & Community functions.

  • Ian McGrath ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Ian McGrath

    Chief Operations Officer

    Ian joined Gallagher in 2018, and in 2023 took up his current role of Chief Operations Officer to lead our manufacturing and supply chain teams, as well as specialists in risk, and health & safety. 

    Whilst Ian’s background and experience has focused on driving continual improvement in the areas of global supply chain, manufacturing, health and safety, enterprise risk management (ERM) and sustainability, he is also passionate about cultivating engaging, positive and collaborative workplace environments and high performing teams.

  • Marion Andeweg ELT Group Site-General Purpose

    Marion Andeweg

    Chief Financial Officer

    Marion Andeweg joined the Gallagher team in 2000. Using the global experience gained across the Animal Management and Security business units, Marion moved into her current role as Chief Financial Officer in 2022, providing critical reporting, compliance, analysis and forecasting services to the business.  

    Marion has supported the Finance function through all major financial system implementations, acquisitions, mergers, divestments, and seen the complexity of our business change from 10 entities to 23 entities and eight equity accounted investments (as at July 2024). 

    Marion is a full member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand organization.

  • Neville Richardson

    Neville Richardson

    Chief Information Officer

    Neville joined Gallagher as CIO at the end of 2017 to lead our Global IS teams. Leveraging world class governance and innovative business delivery techniques, Neville sets technology strategies to support Gallagher’s growth objectives and drive continuous improvement across the entire organisation.  

    Prior to Gallagher, Neville has over 30 years’ experience in CIO and senior IT leadership roles, leading brands in NZ and the world, such as Sealord, Les Mills, Fonterra, BMW and IBM, and has worked in the UK, Germany, South Africa and China.  

    Neville is passionate about people and business as well as technology, and for a time served as a part time lecturer for the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) delivering the IT Service Management module of the MBA program. Seeing personal growth and engaging the next generation of leaders, to ensure that they can succeed in technological and business roles, is especially satisfying for Neville.  

    “Technology transformation is not new to businesses; the difference today is that everyone is a technologist, and implementing change is no longer the role of just one team. The “Why” is so important – we must be able to articulate what is changing and how it benefits the team and business. As CIO, I’m not here to just give the answers, but to ask the right questions and be sure to provide the components and building blocks for the Gallagher team to thrive.”
